The International Institute of Martial Arts was founded by Sensei Brown, who began his martial arts training at the age of ten. The IIMA headquarters has a facility with over 20,000 square feet and offers four training rooms with a variety of classes including jujitsu, aikido, kick and boxing. IIMA also has two other facilities at Vista, CA and Escondido, CA. At the IMAC Word Championship Tournament in 2006 the IIMA team was declared the team with the most number of winning participants and Sensei Brown was nominated for the IMAC Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
